You decide where your data is stored. We offer data storage options in Canada and the United States, with our restricted enterprise version (not public) tenant, giving you control over where your information is kept.
At SAIRYŌ, we only store what you explicitly upload to the platform, including immersive content, content for merchandise, digital goods, and media uploads like videos. Any data that is stored with SAIRYŌ is fully encrypted both during transfer and while at rest, ensuring your content is secure at all times.

All media is transmitted using the highest security standards. We utilize Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP) for encryption, and all transmissions are further protected by Datagram Transport Layer Security (DTLS) with AES 256-bit encryption. This ensures that all contents, including your digital goods, merchandise, and media uploads, are encrypted during transfer to and from SAIRYŌ’s servers, safeguarding your content at every step.
